Community Outreach
Building community is an important part of ArtSalon. Of course, like any salon, we enjoy our insular collective and the depth of conversation in a safe living room. But it is the perspective of the public that really challenges us and forces us to grow. So, we often have group shows and receptions where the general public can come see our work and meet the artists. This, we find, not only inspires us, but it inspires the people who come- many of whom are artists themselves- and then there are those who discover the indescribable power of an unexpected visual experience for the first time.
Another aspect of getting out the word is our public relations and to that end, we invite the press to put it out on the table for everyone to see. Here are just a couple of press links we have found on us:
